Super good page and it works so well in the phone app as well! This is especially good if you have a Chromebook which you can't download Adobe on. I've filled in so many files without issues definitely recommend.

It was a little challenging at first and the online help was a little overbearing to start. You should always assume that people know how to operate every aspect of there computer. I had a glitch and he was a little belittling to me which being 50 and having diabetes its hard for me to see sometimes and once i stated that his demeanor changed and he helped me finally.

I apparently came to your website…
I apparently came to your website around a month ago for some reason. I do not remember why... But, for whatever reason, I signed up for a 30 day free trial and gave you my CC number. I rarely ever do something like this... either way, I noticed the charge on my debit card statement over the weekend and this morning addressed it with Thomas from Customer Service. I was a little frustrated by it, he calmly read my chat message and assured me he would take care of it. Within minutes I received an email cancelling the subscription and refunding my money. Thomas was curteous, professional, quick, and thorough. This is the kind of customer service I WISH all companies had. Especially technical type companies where you rarely get to speak with a human or a person that you can understand. Thank you for hiring people like Thomas. What happens if your employer accidentally overpaid you?
If the employer has overpaid an employee by mistake then the employer has the right to reclaim that money back. However, employees and workers are protected, under section 13 of the Employment Rights Act 1996, from any unlawful deductions from their wages.
How do I recover my overpayment?
Contact the person you have overpaid immediately.
Explain what has happened.
Tell them that you intend to take the money out of their next wage.
Ask them if this would cause any financial difficulty.
Can an employer take money back if they overpaid you?
Employers can't take money out of an employee's pay to fix up a mistake or overpayment. Instead, the employer and employee should discuss and agree on a repayment arrangement. If the employee agrees to repay the money, a written agreement has to be made and has to set out: ... the amount of money overpaid.
