Very good tool to add editable fields…
Very good tool to add editable fields to pdf files. The maneuvering process can be a little awkward and can use some user feedback in those regards, but all in all, very worth the price.

I had an excellent experience with this service. The product itself was very useful and allowed me to save and send my forms in a variety of formats, as well as esign, add text, dates, Xs, etc. I had an issue this morning with my account due to an error on my end, and was able to use the chat feature, which provided nearly instant support. They fixed the issue and sent me a confirmation email within seconds.

Good Software - I would recommend to others
Good software. Did what I needed it to do. The layout could be a little less cumbersome, kind of busy when you look at the screen, a lot of icons/pics and made a simpler to navigate.

How do you calculate time resolution?
Average resolution time = Total time taken to resolve tickets during the selected time period divided by the number of tickets resolved in the selected time period.

What is first call resolution rate?
