Excellent customer service and response time. Very easy to use platform. Tons of capabilities and resources built in. Legal forms lists and easy to use e-signatures!!! This program is amazing!!! I'm an owner operator of a small construction company and can't believe I've been in business for almost 10 years without these resources so far. We use PDF Filler with SignNow for documents for clients and employees.
All seems to work very well. I did 6 documents, each several times as the requirements changed.
I updated the company logos, just erase the old ones in the PDF and Word documents.
So far, I only worked on a Fillable Signable document for clients
I used erase, and then inserted better wording.

I apparently came to your website…
I apparently came to your website around a month ago for some reason. I do not remember why... But, for whatever reason, I signed up for a 30 day free trial and gave you my CC number. I rarely ever do something like this... either way, I noticed the charge on my debit card statement over the weekend and this morning addressed it with Thomas from Customer Service. I was a little frustrated by it, he calmly read my chat message and assured me he would take care of it. Within minutes I received an email cancelling the subscription and refunding my money. Thomas was curteous, professional, quick, and thorough. This is the kind of customer service I WISH all companies had. Especially technical type companies where you rarely get to speak with a human or a person that you can understand. Thank you for hiring people like Thomas. You just multiply the standard wage times 1.5. For example, time and a half for $14 an hour is $21 per hour. Half of 14 is 7, so add the half to the regular hourly wage to calculate time and a half. If a laborer makes $14 per hour, his overtime rate is $21 per hour.
