I have yet to use the on-line features. Still deciding if I want HIPPA files out there. I don't know where your servers are located, but if they are outside of the US then I'm concerned about where and what the privacy laws of the "domain" country are. I ran into this issue years ago setting up some legal files. All servers were required to be located within the US.

What do you like best?
PDF Filler is super simple to use. I love that you can just click where you need to put information (whether it’s a checkbox, words, etc) and it’s done. If you have a form that you use often you can even save it as a template so you don’t have to go back in and create new boxes each time.
What do you dislike?
I’ve had a few issues with the site being down but this only lasted for short periods of time. Otherwise, the product itself is fantastic.

Instead of needing to print forms out, we are able to fill them out online, at a cost effective price. Saving us paper, ink and time.

PDFfiller gave me a refund and was very prompt in doing so when I stated I didn't not want to keep the service subscription. They were very nice about it with no drama. Just retired and found several entities I need to work with to get all my personal business done still require faxing and filling out lots of documents. pdfFiller has help me out immensely with the modification of scanned documents and the ability to fax them...

Awesome experience with pdffiller
My experience with pdffiller was great. After trying the app, I realised that I didn't need it. As I didn't cancel the subscription, I was charged when trial period was over. Overall, it's an excellent piece of software to utilize in your business or for personal document editing needs.
Allows for easy and quick editing of pdf forms so I can collaborate, sign, fax and send documents to team members and clients. Very helpful.
I have not any cons with the use of this software thus far, it's done everything i've asked of it with ease.

easy to use and there are a lot of options to have things mailed, emailed, faxed, etc right with a click of a button and entering information. It does have a fee for this BUT it is SUPER convenient so honestly its a very small price to pay to not have to worry about all the extra work i would have to do myself.
