I like it- does what it says- easy to fill in a form. My local authorities keep changing their forms so everytime we spend a long time converting them to word files for editing, they become obsolete! I was disappointed that the orm did not perform the calculations called for - I had to do them off line on a calculator. Did I miss something? Type size was very small and I did not know how to change it.

The obne drawback I find is when I am typing into a field there is no auto return and I suddenly am skipping to other fields. However, it is still a pretty good product.

Very easy to use
I like that it notifies me when someone has completed the document. I also like how you can customize the fields between numbers and dates which makes it fool proof. Support is very quick to respond and helpful.
I have been trying to set up a document to copy certain fields throughout so they do have to enter their "name" every time, but I have had trouble trying to figure it out.

Everything is easy to use
Everything is easy to use. I was having some issues faxing and got a quick response from support. Other than that great experience so far. It would be cool if I could request documents from clients where they can upload and it would go to my docs in pdf filler.

I was charged a subscription fee and I didn't understand why, so I contacted the company via chat. The agent that assisted me was amazing!! She totally understood and was very helpful. She was extremely professional. I really expected that this was going to be a very unpleasant experience for me, but it was absolutely pleasant and positive! Thank you! So easy to use
So easy to use. I filled in 3 very long PDF forms and they look so much better typed than filled in with my scruffy handwriting. I'll definitely use this service again.
