Graphic arrows in the pdf are represented by the letter U. Can't move inserted text to new location. Circle is useless, odd shape, can't resize without border getting too thick and covering item to circle.

pdfFiller has wonderful support. You can email them or use a chat feature. From the chat feature, I was able to do a remote session through zoom to get my issues resolved quickly. Through email they always respond within 20 minutes. Great customer service!

Absolutely worth it!
Wonderful program. Slight learning curve, but then it's off to the races. Worth it if you are editing PDF's on the daily. Great save, download and share options all at once. Thank you for a great program!!

The app notifies me of when someone fills out my form.
What do you dislike?
The integration from the link in the email to the app on my phone. For some reason, there is a disconnect.

If you have customizations and processes you wish to conform E-signature function in your documents, PDF Filler is a great tool. Great for contract-heavy and approval-required documents for our business. Great for folks who have medium to advanced level of word processing abilities and technical capabilities with graphic apps. If that's you, you will be a quick study. If you find it dificult to work in a Word document or Powerpoint or other types of programs, this app will have a learning curve for you.

What do you like best?
I like that you can edit files, sign without sending through electronic envelopes and you can fax and email documents.
What do you dislike?
You cannot upload separate files and merge them into 1 pdf file within the program.

I highly recommend using this app for your document prep and signing. It is a one stop shop to get your pdf files edited and signed.
