The program is awesome. Spectacular. Your business practices are manipulative and shady. The level of communication the team has is second to none. Best customer experience. I recently tried the free trial, I forgot to cancel after the free trial because I needed their service @ that time only. When then cancel my subscription I didn't get a refund, but the team explained to me why that happed if do want a refund what should I do.I then followed the steps and within the time they said , I got my refund. Keep up the great work team.

I'm working on several files for which I need to be able to type in the answers as my hands have arthritis in them and that makes it difficult to write. The instructions could be a little clearer. To be honest, I'm a new widow and I wasn't thinking very clearly. I haven't taken the time to read the online instructions so my navigational issues are of my own neglect. I think you have a wonderful product actually.

Filling out a Federal claim form, but people were sending me versions (Word, PDF, etc.) and they were all junk...not very professional looking. Lots of problems with layout, font size. Found this pdfFiller and I completed the form in a matter of minutes (struggled for hours with the others).
