I love PDF filler overall. It is a little cumbersome for my purposes because I'm printing out documents for patients while they are seated in front of me. The pages take time to load. Maybe that is my computer. I have to click several times to get to the final print link. But, I like the ease of editing documents.

I accidentally forgot to cancel my…
I accidentally forgot to cancel my subscription (I only wanted to use the free trial) and my PayPal was charged $144. I freaked out and emailed pdfFiller’s customer support and they got back to me within an hour and refunded me! In the future I plan on using their services (right now I can’t afford it) because of how amazing their customer support is!

Should I sign a one or two-year lease?
If the current options are much higher than average, he or she should choose a one-year lease, betting that the allowable increases will be lowed next year. If the allowable increases are lower than average, she should choose a two-year lease, locking in that relatively low rate.
How early should you sign a lease?
Most lease agreements require the tenant give at least one month's notice before vacating the unit. Some require longer such as 60 or 90 days notice. Do not sign too far in advance for a rental house, or you might end up responsible for paying rent on two units.
When should you sign a lease for an apartment?
When Should Landlords Sign a Rental Lease? Landlords should aim to sign a rental lease 30 days before the unit becomes vacant. As a landlord, your goal is to always have tenants in your rental property, so you are earning rental income. As soon as tenants move out, you want new tenants moving in.
Is first month's rent due at lease signing?
Expect to pay the first month's rent, and possibly the last month's as well, to your landlord at lease signing. This may seem like much money up front, but remember that your lease is starting, and so you need to begin paying your monthly rent anyway.
Do you get the keys when you sign the lease?
If the apartment is empty and ready for you to move in, you'll get the keys when you sign the lease. Chances are, however, that the previous tenant will still be there or the apartment needs more work or your lease doesn't officially begin until a certain date. In these cases, you won't get the keys until move-in date.
Can I sign a lease if I'm already on one?
Just because it is legal, the landlord is not compelled to lease to you if it feels that you would be a financial risk for holding multiple leases. Rarely, the landlord can be a government, and it would be perfectly legal for a government law to deny a lease to someone that already has one. New lease does not.
Can you sign a lease if you are on another lease?
The co-signer offers a safeguard to the landlord as a source of income he can collect from should the primary borrower default. Co-signing for an apartment lease does not affect your ability to get other credit or your own apartment rental lease -- unless the co-signed lease is in a negative status.
Can I be on two leases at the same time?
A person can have as many leases signed as the person can find landlords with whom to sign the leases. That is, it would not be unlawful that a person is the tenant for two places at the same time
