Excellent service and customer service! Disappointed however that the maximum number of pages allowable is 150. I'm working with much larger documents. The rest is great though.

For a new customer who has only used this program for a short time, It's a bit confusing to find all the necessary information. I am learning, but it's taken some navigation, and I haven't used the help line, because I don't even know the right questions to ask.

Ease of accessing documents, editing, uploading from pc, internet, and other sources. The ease of sending copies to clients or others via email. The safety of the process is great.

The proximity of the watermark feature is to close to the scroll bar.

I love this product, it is readily available on the internet can work a handful of pages to correction without downloading this software.
Cant think of many cons it works best for me to do my general corrections, might not have detailed features for a professional editor, but definitely works for me.

PDF.Filler is definitely a MUST in todays world especially with more and more companies working from home, I don't see how anyone could live without this. It makes forms and fillable documents, signature request documents, so very convenient, easy. It's super user friendly as well, I love it. Also the staff super helpful. Why can't I highlight text?
There could be a few reasons why you are unable to drag and highlight in Word. One reason could be that your document is protected and you do not have editing permissions. Another reason could be that your mouse is not properly functioning.
Why can't I highlight text in PDF Mac?
The Text Selection tool may not be selected: Choose Tools > Text Selection, or click the Show Markup Toolbar button , then click the Text Selection button .
