Good but very expensive; if I could open and fill PDFs on my computer, I would do so, but my computer, for whatever reason, will not allow me to. Also, lining up the characters/text could be better?? But thank you - it's still a lifesaver!

I started the free trial, and my document has trouble being edited, so I hope this can be sorted. The help was quick and efficient and Kara escalated it when she knew there was a problem, so top marks there. I just hope the techie team can sort the font.

EXCELLENT Customer Service
I requested a refund on my annual subscription after it had been taken out of my account. I explained that I don't use the software, and did not need to have my subscription renewed. Wonderful platform with tools that made our forms and electronic documents highly professional.
Program allowed us to create fillable checklist for employees to use on jobs. The connectivity to other platforms really helped make it a snap to upload and rework forms for maximum efficiency.
We don't use it enough to maintain a constant subscription--would like a month by month subscription that could be turned on/ off as needed.
