What our customers say about pdfFiller
See for yourself by reading reviews on the most popular resources:
User friendly. In past years I've been able to bring up the forms I need from www.irs.gov and fill out the forms, save and print the forms. Same is true for Louisiana Dept of Revenue. Now neither of the websites supports filling out any forms. I was extremely frustrated with this change. PDFfiller has made my life so much easier. Thank you

the user interaction could be a little better, for example I don't like that when I'm on the Mybox tab, once I open a file and close it I keep getting directed to the dashboard. So I have to keep clicking back to the Mybox. Otherwise, great product! :)

Some instructions were rather confusing but customer support helped me to find my forms and get them printed and deleted. Thank you for your assistance.

I love this app
I love this app, it makes sure to compensate for all the things which you would need to do for schoolwork. Personally though, I think it would make more sense to market it with ads rather than subscription. This is really useful for students who are homeschooled or aren't able to go to school and students usually don't have much in their pockets to pay for these kinds of things.

Overall very handy. I did have a glitch in printing. When I hit Print Again, it made the page smaller and off center. This happened each time I hit Print Again on the CMS 1500 form, requiring me to go back and start from Print after each edit.

How does an option contract work?
An options contract is an agreement between two parties to facilitate a potential transaction involving an asset at a preset price and date. Buying an option offers the right, but not the obligation to purchase or sell the underlying asset. For stock options, a single contract covers 100 shares of the underlying stock.
What is an option in a contract?
An options contract is an agreement between a buyer and seller that gives the purchaser of the option the right to buy or sell a particular asset at a later date at an agreed upon price. Options contracts are often used in securities, commodities, and real estate transactions.
What is an option in contract law?
option. n. a right to purchase property or require another to perform upon agreed-upon terms. An option is paid for as part of a contract, but must be “exercised” in order for the property to be purchased or the performance of the other party to be required.
How many options are in a contract?
Options are traded in units called contracts. Each contract entitles the option buyer/owner to 100 shares of the underlying stock upon expiration. Thus, if you purchase seven call option contracts, you are acquiring the right to purchase 700 shares.
What is an option contract in real estate?
A real estate purchase option is a contract on a specific piece of real estate that allows the buyer the exclusive right to purchase the property. Once a buyer has an option to buy a property, the seller cannot sell the property to anyone else. Options have to be bought at an agreed-upon price.
How does an option work?
An option is a contract giving the buyer the right, but not the obligation, to buy (in the case of a call) or sell (in the case of a put) the underlying asset at a specific price on or before a certain date. People use options for income, to speculate, and to hedge risk.
How do Options Work example?
An Example of How Options Work. Now that you know the basics of options, here is an example of how they work. The strike price of $70 means that the stock price must rise above $70 before the call option is worth anything; furthermore, because the contract is $3.15 per share, the break-even price would be $73.15.
How does put option work?
A put option is a contract that gives the owner a right, but not the obligation, to sell a stock at a predetermined price (known as the strike price) within a certain time period (or expiration). The put buyer pays a premium per share to the put seller for that privilege.
