I accidentally activated 2 accounts & requested a full or partial refund but wasn't expecting it as this was my fault. PDF filler responded to me immediately & refunded the second account in full.Great customer service! Thank you

Quick to respond to email.Most of the time when you send an email, it goes out and either no response or very delayed response. NOT so with PDFiller, they responded to my question quickly and took care of the issue. I am very happy with the response as well as how efficient they were. Good PDF App
Although I found out that I didn't need a pdf app, it was a pleasant experience, and the free trial served its purpose of discovering if it was for me.

My document looked perfect when opening it with a browser after editing it, but there were some artifacts in the transparent background of the signatures when reading it on Adobe Reader (alpha channel problems, I believe). Maybe it was a problem on my end, I don't know.

I've been using PDFfiller regularly for over 2 years now, and it works wonderfully. I'm able to upload documents, add fillable lines, and get electronic signatures seamlessly. Customer service is also great - prompt and friendly in attending to any questions or issues. Makes running my business that much easier.
