Successful Chat Support
Kara helped me locate a document that I could not find after downloading it. What a relief!
I was extremely worried because personal information was on the document. Through the chat support feature, Kara guided me in locating the document in my account (which I didn't know I had), moving it to the Trash, and then permanently deleting it.

Excellent, fair, easy to use.
pdfFiller has solved all my previous headaches. Receiving a PDF in the past was always a nightmare and I could never fill it out and it would lead to me printing and scanning. It was just a nightmare. pdfFiller solves all of that.
I love how easy to use it is and it has all of the features that I always wanted. I always hated PDFs because they always made things complicated and I couldn't mark up, sign, or make the changes that I needed to. This tool is inexpensive and solves all of my issues with PDFs.
The inability to be able to completed change wording. I have not figured out how to do that. In addition, I would like to see if it can integrate with our other software.

I requested a refund for a yearly subscription that I did not remember signing up for. I reached out once before and did not receive a response. I reached out again today (2020-10-24) and Ralph responded right away. He was extremely helpful and nice and solved my problem right away. I am extremely satisfied with my experience and I will definitely keep PDF Filler in mind if I or my friends need a safe place to store or edit documents. Easy to use. I always send the doc to myself before emailing to final destination, just so I know what it looks like on the receiver's end. Adding a personal note to the email is a bit cumbersome--could be better explained of who sees what.

How do I email a high resolution photo?
Click the Start button and click “Computer” to open Windows Explorer. Locate the picture you wish to resize. Right-click the picture, point to “Send to” and select “Mail Recipient.” Click the “Picture Size” drop-down menu and select your preferred resolution.
How do I email high resolution photos from my iPhone?
Hold down on either the thumbnail of the image in the camera roll, or directly on the image and “Copy” will appear. Touch “Copy” and it will turn blue. This copies the full-sized image to the clipboard. Now compose a new email and hold down until “Paste” appears.
