Great customer service I signed up for a subscription when I really only needed to use it for one day. I canceled the subscription but it must not have gone through because I was later charged after a month. I canceled again and contacted customer service. They said the first cancellation must not have gone through but then refunded my money. That is why I will definitely use them again in the future.

The product is very good and it works very nice and it's very easy to comprehend how to use it, but the way you have the purchase setup I feel is very misleading I signed up for the month the month payment and you took a full year out of my account I did not like that that is why I would never recommend your product to anyone want to use because you can really mess up a person and you could be taking money that they could not have to be taken at the time. You need the fix your payment process area or you will lose other customers like myself because I did report it to the Better Business Bureau cuz I did not appreciate that.

Diploma Name Protocol. Student names listed on a diploma must match the official name on file at the University (first name, middle name, last name), with the following exceptions: Option of first name or initial. Option of diminutive or alternative form for the first name (e.g. Elizabeth to Liz).
I would suggest more of an American standard to have a single middle name and abbreviating that one. In other parts of the world, those with a civil registry for example, your full name is used on diplomas anyhow, as that's your name and your name's what goes on a diploma.)
The diploma (as a document certifying a qualification) may also be called a testator, Latin for “we testify” or “certify” (restart), so called from the word with which the certificate begins. This is commonly used in Australia to refer to the document certifying the award of a degree.
The diploma name must match the legal first and last name on file with the University (it is also the name that appears in the Student Link). Middle names are not controlled, therefore you can add, remove, abbreviate, expand as necessary.
Degree courses are usually more expensive as compared to the diploma courses. Normally, degree holders are paid higher than the diploma holders. The types of degrees are bachelor, master, associate and doctorate. The type of diplomas is graduate or post graduate.

Specify Certificate of Recognition or Certificate of Appreciation. List name of person you are recognizing or thanking (be sure name is spelled correctly).
