After contacting customer support, I was told that certain web browsers are more compatible than others in completing forms. Once I changed from Mozilla Firefox to Chrome, I was able to complete all fields of the form without problems. But it would have been helpful to publicize this information on your website so that much time was not wasted.

I like everything I have tried with the exception of the fact that I cannot download a fillable form to my desktop. I wanted to make a form that I could pull up quickly on my computer when I have a new patient intake. It only allows a link and too many steps to make this a good alternative to the paper and pen format I am currently using.

Quick to respond to email.Most of the time when you send an email, it goes out and either no response or very delayed response. NOT so with PDFiller, they responded to my question quickly and took care of the issue. I am very happy with the response as well as how efficient they were. Nice experience, easy to understand my only dislike is the .45 cents fees that are deducted from your banking account during the free trial.

What do you like best?
Being able to fill in documents that were previously not fillable. Being able to file some tax documents through pdfFiller has been great also.

I haven't had any problems at all with pdfFiller
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Filling out documents by hand did not look professional. Transferring the documents to pdfFiller & typing in the information is much better.
