What do you like best?
PDFfiller offers excellent editing and formatting features for business and personal use. I like the file conversion features as well.
What do you dislike?
Uploading documents is extremely slow, and you cannot upload multiple files at the same time.

The only thing I do not like is the lining up if the changes.

I definitely recommend this product. I have this and Adobe acrobat and it is definitely easier to use that Adobe!

What do you like best?
I love that the physician can dictate the form to me and I can easily load the form and type it up for him. He is extremely busy and needs to fill these forms out on his own time. Now I can do it for him saving him the time to focus on face to face visits with his patients.
What do you dislike?
It is very new to me, so I am uncertain if there is anything at this point I don't like, as I am unfamiliar with a good portion of the program. But what I have used thus far is great!

I have tried a few other cloud based…
I have tried a few other cloud based PDF Editors and PDFFiller is the most powerful and easiest to use. Their support has also been great when I had a billing question/issue.

Great service and software

Easy to use and having documents saved in different versions on the cloud was very helpful. Kind of expensive for the level of support that I needed.

I wish it was a little easier to type things into my papers however I am getting the hang of it, I dont like that sometimes I will click in an area and the typing bar doesnt appear where I clicked on, but near the area, sometimes thats in the middle of a line on the page and thats annoying.

What are conditional use permits?

Do I need a conditional use permit?
A Conditional Use Permit (CUP) is required for certain land uses which may need special conditions to ensure compatibility with surrounding land uses. These uses are specified under Uses Subject to Permits in the zones or specified in a Community Standards District (CSD).
How long does a conditional use permit last?
Expiration of Conditional Use Permit. Within two years of approval of a conditional use permit, commencement of use shall have occurred or the approval shall be subject to expiration.
Are conditional use permits transferable?
A Conditional Use Permit is approved for a particular property and is therefore not transferable to another location. A Conditional Use Permit can also be made to be non-transferable between parties.
What is the difference between a variance and a conditional use permit?
A conditional use permit is different from a variance because, with a permit, the owner is allowed to put his property to use in a way that the ordinance expressly permits. A variance allows the owner to use property in a way that is otherwise forbidden by an ordinance.
Do conditional use permits expire?
Conditional use permits may also have an expiration date where the property owner has to re-apply for the permit at the end of its term. Property owners do not have a vested right in a zoning designation.
