Better than Adobe PDF!
Better than Adobe PDF and much much more affordable. Ideal for those with need to edit their documents but not too frequently.

Wonderful Customer Service
I recieved a charge for $96 today for a membership which I had believed I had cancelled. After contacting customer service, Sally was able to not only refund my $96, but also cancel my membership as I had only needed it briefly for a project for school. Within less than 3 hours all of my needs were met and taken care of. I have never experienced such amazing customer service.

What does Deed type mean?
A deed is a legal document used to transfer ownership of property from one party to another. There are different types of deeds, and each serves a specific legal purpose depending on the known and unknown history of the property, the existence of a lien, and/or other encumbrance like a mortgage.
What does Deed type WD mean?
A warranty deed is a type of deed where the granter (seller) guarantees that he or she holds clear title to a piece of real estate and has a right to sell it to the grantee (buyer), in contrast to a quitclaim deed, where the seller does not guarantee that he or she holds title to a piece of real estate.
Who prepares the deed for closing?
The mortgage company usually prepares this deed as part of the loan package and delivers it to the title company for you to sign at closing. The title company is commonly the trustee to the deed and holds legal title to the property until the loan gets fully repaid.
Who pays for preparation of deed?

The buyer must record the deed at the recorder's office in the county where the property is located. This is to provide constructive notice to anyone who claims title to the property in the future and to anyone who records subsequent real estate documents, such as mortgage liens or lease agreements.
