When I started searching for a PDF to Word doc. a few days back, I downloaded 4 different trials and hated all of them!! They were not user friendly like this one is!! To anyone reading this, DO NOT waste your time researching other apps, you will not find anything better then this one! Just started. Good so far. I wish it connected with our online storage so that completed forms could be automatically added to our storage instead of having to download them.

I had some troubles purchasing my subscription after my free trial and had a long wait using the chat feature. However, I called into the customer support line and had immediate amazing customer service in resolving my issue. My customer service rep was very detail in listening to my concerns and offering resolution. Because of the excellent customer service experience my PDfFiller representative delivered I proceeded with a one-year commitment of service and recommended these services to my family member.

I find that using your program is easy to navigate and looks professional when completed.
I find that using your program is rather easy to navigate. The only issue that I have had is when I try to print a document, there have been quite a few times that it will download to 63% and then gets stuck there. I have to close the document and try again....sometimes several times until I can print it. Besides that, it has been great!

Everything good so far
This company provides several very useful products/services, including being able to create a fillable document, convert from one format to another, and the legal forms. The subscription also seems reasonable. I'm still learning how to use the application but everything looks good so far.
