I was able to locate and complete 10 years worth of 1099-R's online quite easily. They looked very nice and the process was much better than trying to hand type them on a typewriter! Saving the forms in multiple formats will also come in handy in the future.

Just got the PDFfiler installed and it was easy to work and save. So far have a problem with printing or faxing the document to court. I have not learned all the works to the program yet, I'm sure that the reason.

as an insurance broker I encounter too often forms from insurance companies that are not editable yet. Which makes preparing them for our clients some stupid and unncessary extra work (and for the clients to finish them). PDFfiller is a great tool to help with that in q fast and easy way.

What do you like best?
I can send as many documents out for signature as I want. No restrictions. I used to use Adobe, but they had a cap on the amount of documents you can send for signature. When I tried to get that upgraded, they had outlandish prices for this same service. With PDFfiller, I can send all the documents I want and I'm also able to save all of them securely.
What do you dislike?
I wish the PDF conversions didn't come out like pictures. When I convert a PDF to Word, it always comes into Word as a picture instead of being able to edit the document. As a recruiter, I receive a lot of resumes that need some work before we can submit them to clients. I still have to use Adobe for this function, so now I'm paying for two PDF programs. I can't just stay with Adobe though because of the above mentioned issues.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need eSignatures, this is the program to go with.

Remote onboarding is a breeze with PDFfiller. I am able to send HR documents to people across the country and still get them to work on time. I'm in VA and have to get employees to work in all states across the country, as well as oversees. We have to get documents to them for signature and faxing doesn't always work. With PDFfiller, we can send anyone any document and get it back fully signed by them. It's truly wonderful.

This was a great program
This was a great program. I just don't use it enough to justify paying annually. I wish there was a charge per file option.

The software has eliminated the need to do forms that we have found relevant to our corporation.
Very easy to use once comfortable with the process.
The alignment for entries is sometimes difficult to judge.

I liked the clear simple explanations.and the fact that it stops you from clicking on anything until it has explained the basic functions of the key attributes. For some of us who think they can probably figure it out on our own the little speed bump and wake up call save a LOT of time.

THIS PROGRAM IS VERY EASY TO USE, YES IT HAS ALWAYS BEEN A NO ONE CARES WHEN IT COMES TO SIGNING AN E-PAD.THIS TO HAD A FEW ISSUES AS FAR AS SIGNING MY NAME, IT WAS STILL VERY HARD TO SIGN MY NAME, BUT THE DIFFERENT OPTIONS THEY OFFER TO HELP YOU ARE GREAT!

What is a signature affidavit?
Signature Affidavit is a document in which a person certifies that the signature provided is the true and correct signature used by the person. The person can enter into a contract using the signature provided. It is similar to providing a signature card when open a bank account.
What is a notarized signature affidavit?
An affidavit is a sworn or affirmed statement made before a notary public or any public official who has the authority to administer oaths. The notary must administer an oath or affirmation to the signer(s), witness the signing of the document, and certify the document with an official signature and seal.
How do you notarize an affidavit?
To have an affidavit notarized, contact a notary public and arrange to sign the affidavit in front of her. After she observes you signing the affidavit, she'll notarize the affidavit and affix her seal to it as required by your state's laws for notaries.
What do you write when you notarize a document?
Do you solemnly swear or affirm that you personally know this person as (name of person whose signature is to be notarized), and that he/she is the person named in the document to be notarized (so help you God)? What is a borrower's affidavit?

What does borrower name mean?
A co-borrower is any additional borrower whose name appears on loan documents and whose income and credit history are used to qualify for the loan. Under this arrangement, all parties involved have an obligation to repay the loan. For mortgages, the names of applicable co-borrowers also appear on the property's title.
How do I file an affidavit?
You must bring sufficient identification and show it to the notary in order to establish that you are who you claim to be. A minor may sign an affidavit.
