It is a challenge to adapt to different methods in so many computer programs factoring in hardware and software and my limited patience. I've been using PDFfiller regularly for over 2 years now, and it works wonderfully. I'm able to upload documents, add fillable lines, and get electronic signatures seamlessly. I started with pdfFiller almost a week ago, and tried to get support on and off. The Live Chat didn't work, so I was emailing, but the emailing didn't really work as I would wait for a response, and when I got a response, I was working on something else. But the Live Chat did work today. The first person was trying to help, but I didn't know how to do a screenshot and he got tired of waiting for me to do it and ended the chat. Then, I got KARA, who was fantastic. She did a Zoom meeting and showed me how to do everything I want. I am so relieved that I understand how to fix my problems, and I was just about to give up until Kara got on the Live Chat. She was patient and informative. She is a rock star!
