Our forms are more professional looking and neater, if this was not easy to use it wouldn't be worth the time but almost any fillable form is either tied to this program or easy to download and complete.
I just tripped across this site last year and needed a vehicle to download lots of forms that needed filling
and I like the professional look over filling with ink. This product works great for all that. Easy to load doc's and use and save.
Struggle to get lettering the right size sometimes.

The overall experience was good, the only thing I would say is to increase the number of signatures from 10 to 100 in the case of signatures for the same document.

What do you like best?
I love that I can fax items as well as the W-2/1099 features that are integrated into the IRS system! It makes my roles as a small business owner much easier with these tools.
What do you dislike?
I wish more features, such as sending documents for signatures, were added. Even just 1-2 documents a month would be helpful for my small business. A fax number included would also be helpful. I have been able to get a fax number for virtual faxing for much cheaper elsewhere. It would be nice to have an all in one for less than $25 a month or so.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great way to keep costs low while still running with the bigger companies and their larger budgets. From creating my own documents to faxing things for clients- great investment for virtual tools in your business!

The IRS integration have helped me navigate some of the tax paperwork I need to do for my employees. The fax feature is super helpful for getting paperwork out for our clients.

How do I create a full text index?
To create a full text index choose your table and right click on that table and select Define Full-Text Index option. Now select Unique Index. It is compulsory that for Full Text Index table must have at least one unique index. Select columns name and language types for columns.
What is Full Text Search example?
Full text search quickly finds all instances of a term (word) in a table without having to scan rows and without having to know which column a term is stored in. For example, if the database is configured to be case-insensitive, then full text searches will be case-insensitive.
