it's pretty good. sometimes when you edit, it looks like your edits are going to look funky, but when you print it looks alright. I wish it matched the text font and size as the original. You kinda have to hunt around and size accordingly

The card reading company kept declining… The card reading company kept declining every card I had even though they were all in good standing. Customer Service (online chat) tried several remedies. Still did not work. I needed to print the document I completed. Customer Service gave me a one time free print so I was not in a bind and will try again tomorrow from different computer to actually purchase the service!!Thank you!!

A debenture in very simple terms is an agreement between a lender and a borrower which is registered at Companies House and lodged against your company's assets. The charge is floating as some assets may be changing on a daily basis, such as stock for example.
Essentially, a company charge is a security interest held by a lender over the personal property of a company. A charge does not give the lender a legal interest in the property by way of mortgage or possession but a right to enforce its interest upon the happening of an event, such as default or insolvency.
