There are few issues while importing…
There are few issues while importing already filled up PDF files. I would recommend to import the empty form and start filling.

Cheap, handy, available on all my devices. Billing department works very fast and efficient.

I really like the service a lot. It is user friendly and intuitive. I like that this also comes with Sign Now so that I can have all the forms I need for my business easy and accessible for me to get electronically signed.
I would give it 5 starts except in the Sign Now program the program should default to the text box for people to sign and then have the live signature be on a separate tab, so basically reverse what it is now. It is hard for some people to get to the text box for them to type their signature.
I use this all the time in my business and I would recommend it.

Does input have to be in form?
It should let you explicitly bind an element with a form even if it is not enclosed within a form tag. Unfortunately, for the time being, the implementation of this feature across browsers is not yet good enough to rely on it. Yes, you can have a valid input without a form.
How do you use required attributes?
How to use the required attribute in HTML? The required attribute in HTML is used to specify that the element should be filled before the form is submitted. If the field isn't filled and the submit button is clicked, an error generates, which fails form submission. The error will be pleased fill out this field.
What type of input validation should be performed on the client?
Client Side validation does not require a round trip to the server, so the network traffic which will help your server perform better. This type of validation is done on the browser side using script languages such as JavaScript, VBScript or HTML5 attributes.
Is form tag necessary?
Form tags are still necessary if you want to be able to submit the form without AJAX (which may be useful in the early stages of development). But even though it's possible to use JavaScript to submit data without a form tag, a few benefits still come to mind: The 'submit' method is available on forms.
