It's a great solution for my business needs. We are constantly filling out PDF or MS WORD based forms, be they applications, requests, official government forms, etc... I did not like the fact that when you decided to make it a service that charges you money, there was no warning. It forced you to pay if you wanted to keep your documents. I'm past that now and I am really ENJOYING it now that I am a paying customer.

I am so thankful for its many abilities. I am glad that I can skip the conversion to Microsoft Word first before I can fill the form or edit a document. It has saved a lot of time for me.

The ability to get a signed work authorization within minutes of sending to the client.
There's nothing I don't like about this software.

It really makes billing a lot easier. The program is really user friendly and it saves all your work
It makes it so much easier to print of my cms 1500 forms for insurance billing.
I like that this software saves your previous work so you can reprint if you make a typo or need to add something to submit again.

Took me a while to figure out how to…
Took me a while to figure out how to delete an entire page. My one suggestion would be to leave the previously used tool activated. I get tired of having to click on "eraser" when I'm trying to erase multiple blotches on a scanned article.

It really helps being Paper Less. I don't need to travel to me nearest FedEx to Print job applications and drop them off at the actual location. I can just download the PDF and fill it out to send right back .

The most common form of lease in agriculture is a land lease, with the cash rent lease and the crop-share lease being the two most frequently used leases in agriculture.
What does farmland lease for?
Cash rental rates for farmland depend on the local market, the quality of the rented parcel, and the landowner. In general, cropland rental rates are higher than hay and pasture land. New England cropland lease rates can range from $40 per acre/year to $300 per acre/year.
How much does an acre of farmland lease for?
Rent Paid for Agricultural Land At $138 per acre, the average rate to rent cropland in the United States in 2018 was $2 higher than in 2017. For irrigated cropland, the average rate per acre was $215 (up slightly from $212 in 2017) and for non-irrigated cropland it was $125 (up from $123).
