i wasn't provided with the email address to send my address change (8822). Especially after adding my card information for the payment. Other than that, my experience was very fast and to the point. i loved that.

This is the greatest website I've found in my 21 professional years. It has saved me so much time and effort I can't believe it. PRICELESS!!!!

I have only used it to get the 1500 form used in billing. I like that you can save your info.
You can save your documents and print them. It is easy to use. I like the ability to fax and mail from the site.
I have not used it yet to develop a form. I hope to do so before the New Year. It is nice to be able to mail and fax from the site.

Wish I Could Change Color of Signature
I enjoyed this tool and site. However, I wish there was just some way that I could not only change the font for my signature but the color to blue as well.

Where do I send Form I 134 Affidavits of Support?
Send the original Form I-134 to the noncitizen you intend to sponsor so that he or she can include it with his or her visa application or bring it to the U.S. consulate where he or she will apply for a tourist visa.

It is not meant for nonimmigrant visas, so don't use it. If possible, the person you will be visiting in the U.S. should sign Form I134 on your behalf. If you can prove that you are financially independent or are employed in your home country, you don't need a Form I-134.
