the features are good, but the interfaces are a bit clunky.
For example creating document sub folders wasn't as intuitive as other applications. Additionally there are some documents I would like to move to Trash, but once it been sent out for E-sign it appears it can't be trashed, so I had to move them to a folder.

Error in my ways!
I was unaware that I had used the service in the past which voided out my free trail. I then subscribed again and was instantly billed for a full year. When I realized my mistake, I reached out via instant message to the support staff. The service was stellar at best. They assisted me promptly and corrected my dispute which was impressive to say the least and speaks to the integrity of this service.

How do I format text in Google Sheets?
Open a spreadsheet in the Google Sheets app. Tap a cell, then drag the blue markers across nearby cells you want to select. Tap Format. In the “Text” tab, choose an option to format your text. Bold. In the “Cell” tab, choose an option to format your cell. Tap the sheet to save your changes.
How do I make cells fit text in Google Sheets?
Select the column(s) that you want to fit to the text inside them. Right click at the top of a selected column, then click “Resize column” Click “Fit to data, then click, “OK”
