It works great, but is very expensive for how often I will use it. I wish there was an option to purchase some sort of punch card or to pay per use instead of paying $20/month, which is outrageous if you are not using it daily.

What do you like best?
I like that the system is user friendly. It makes the paperwork process for our clients easier which helps us win and retain a lot of business.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes the system will not allow me to download the forms I've edited. Sometimes there are glitches in the system that prevent us from logging in and saving documents. Sometimes system can be a bit slow, I notice it more in the afternoon where people may use the system more.

Love the product Love the product. Works fantastic for me as a property manager. I am using this tool for not only real estate purchase forms but also tenant forms! Excellent PDF filling software I really recommend this software, just get a good internet connection or else you might get a bit frustrated. This software is really good for filling pdfs my clients send me and then sign them at ease, and the fact that you can use an extension for your mail and edit online without having to download saves a lot of time Living in a country where slow internet connection is a constant problem, working with this software can be a pain sometime.

I like it very much, I think it has great fearures and it has helped me a lot... so much that I was ready to become a paid user. However, 2 of the last documents I uploaded to the system were cut-off and seriously changed (different format, things missing, etc) the uploaded document did not show as an identical version of the original document and that made me change my mind. I use it for contracts and they need to be exactly as the original document. These are legally binding documents, so because of that, I decided not to continue the service after the free trial ends.

Navigate to the file you want to tag and right-click it. In the menu that appears, select Properties. In the Properties window, select the Details tab. On the Details tab, double-click the Tags line to add one or more tags, separating each one with a semicolon.
A tag is simply a label or a keyword you assign to your post. Are they the same as keywords? Yes and no. Your tags COULD be the same as your keywords, but you can dig much deeper with your tags whereas you are limited with your post keywords to whatever feels natural to the reader.
