I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. When I just had to get my material out right away and short on funds allowed me to try out the program just a few days after I explained my difficulty. Would like to see a better way to organize/save files for easier opening. Would like to see a way to convert files to PDF as well. No need to send a follow-up survey, your system won't allow us to complete it without having a Facebook or Linkedin account...we know our own e-mail address and it won't accept it.

I am able to find everything that I need with running my Bookkeeping Tax Prep business from T4's to GST remittance. The price is a great price as I am a small business, it is affordable to small businesses. I am glad that I found this and look forward to using it for a long time.

What do you like best?
PDFfiller is really easy and its a one stop shop for all my needs especially when I am on the go. Obtaining a signature of another person and getting it automatically sent to the signature box makes everything so much easier. I love the editing feature where you can pretty much add text on the document wherever which is very helpful for my workflow.
What do you dislike?
The price is not the greatest and I would wish it could be a bit cheaper. I also think that the mobile feature could be easier to use and interface could be improved.

The initial setup went smoothly. Once I figured how to save the documents with the correct name after duplicating the original form, I had no problems.

What do you like best?
pdfFiller has enabled us to go paperless thanks to its editing and pre-fill capacity. It also helps us in not printing the PDF file when soft files can be edited with pdfFiller.

pdfFiller is mostly used for editing PDF documents, signing important contracts, emails, training PDF files, filling up Tax PDF files, employment agreement without having to print it.
