The search option brought up the forms I needed. In on instance multiple versions were on different sites. I was able to bring in to the appropriate version by typing in the URL, I found that to be a real time saver.

This is an excellent tool to use to complete paperwork to save and email or fax back on the fly. You can print afterward, or as soon as you complete your paperwork. Saves so much time, and paper, as you don't have to print.complete.scan and then send.

Taking a while to learn how to do this, but it is great. Questions: (1) Tell me how to transmit this electronically to you. (2) May I use the same form to register different Scripture we publish? Most elements in this first registration will apply to all that we register. (3) How do we handle the fee for registrations, and what do you need in addition to this and a fee? I have been a short time user. I downloaded a document; tried to then sign it, which was ok, but when I downloaded it did not pick up the entire form; all preprinted matter on the form did not download to the email I sent.

I've had problems expanding boxes to fit text in. Customer support sent a YouTube video and that was some help and fixed one box, but then I had problems with a second box and just didn't have the time to keep trying to fix the problem.
After a few attempts I was able to fix the problem, and now I am very impressed with the program.

Pre Employment Applicaiton
I work in HR and needed help with setting up an application to generate the same information such as name, DOB, etc on all pages to save time. Rep Kara was amazing! She was able to use my application and turn it into a pre-fillable form. Kara also provided me instructions on how to set up what I needed.

It really helps being Paper Less. I don't need to travel to me nearest FedEx to Print job applications and drop them off at the actual location. I can just download the PDF and fill it out to send right back .
