on the chat line was very helpful (although we could not recover it) and suggested changing the input from javascript to 'flash'. I have now managed to save it.

App doesnt work the same as using it on a computer. On the computer is easy and simple. Ive tried the app and seems to cant work it like on the computer such as tap on it erase or add , high light , or erase. Im using apple iphone Thank you

Great Customer Service
We thought this was a bit scammy when we were charged for a plan no one recalled signing up for but once we found the email address associated with the account they cancelled the subscription and refunded the charge, no questions asked. Very pleased!

the erase feature should be slightly work on, like we being able to completely erase elements and not just shading it with colors.

What do you like best?
The customer service was the best I have experienced . Very fast solutions to my questions and overall very nice system support along with billing support

The most amount of pages you used to be able to merge was five but they have since changed this so I have no dislikes with the product

I used it to fill out contracts and pay applications along with notarized documents with my commercial construction company

I'm working on several files for which I need to be able to type in the answers as my hands have arthritis in them and that makes it difficult to write. The instructions could be a little clearer. To be honest, I'm a new widow and I wasn't thinking very clearly. I haven't taken the time to read the online instructions so my navigational issues are of my own neglect. I think you have a wonderful product actually.
