Wow, I am just testing the functionality of this system. If it does what I think it can its like having a personal secretary/ administrative assistant. I will gladly pay the premium for the service. My one concern, I want to make sure the is confidentiality and protection for the documents I'm transmitting as they are confidential. These days identity theft and misuse of personal protected inforamtion is critical so, you're assurances my site is secure and my documents I choose to fax and mail from PDF filer are not being inappropriately accessed by PDF filler employees is good to share. I like the email code you require for me to log in, that gives me security. I would like to know that when "chatting" with your team, they can't see my actual documents, just my account. I have no reason not to believe your site is secure, but just sharing. I am considering purchasing a small business, I would use your service daily and would like to be able to "buy up" credits for additional fax capabiltiy. Great service ! I've already referred your system to at least 4 different companies including the mortgage company I'm working with on the purchase of my business who has stated they will refer their clients to it. I wish I didn't have to pay. I would have found another free site, like going to SSI site, but I had already filled in all the blanks and it was so time consuming that it wasn't worth the effort. I will cancel as soon as I get the bill.

Would like to see a better way to organize/save files for easier opening. Would like to see a way to convert files to PDF as well. No need to send a follow-up survey, your system won't allow us to complete it without having a Facebook or Linkedin account...we know our own e-mail address and it won't accept it.

What do you like best?
I like that I can pretty quickly add fillable fields and combine documents. I create printable packs for travel and RV life and this program has been so great for finishing touches on products.
What do you dislike?
When I add other documents to an existing one (combining) it renames the document and also makes a new version. This means I sometimes have to search through all the "documents" and even open them up to find what I am looking for. It can be pretty annoying when working on a large document with 20+ pages.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I am solving the problem of needing a PDF editor. I initially needed it for signatures and filling out PDF forms for work. Then I started to use it for personal use in adding fillable fields to products I create, and bundling multiple pages together into PDF format.

What does it mean to seal a document?
Record sealing is the practice of sealing or, in some cases, destroying court records that would otherwise be publicly accessible as public records. The term is derived from the tradition of placing a seal on specified files or documents that prevents anyone from reviewing the files without receiving a court order.
What is a seal on a document?
seal. n. a device which creates an impression upon paper or melted wax, used by government agencies, corporations and notaries public to show that the document is validly executed, acknowledged or witnessed, since the seal is unique to the sealer. Corporate seals state the name, date, and state of incorporation.
What does it mean when it says seal on a contract?
Contract under Seal Law and Legal Definition. A contract under seal is also termed as sealed contract, special contract, deed, covenant, specialty, specialty contract or common-law specialty. A contract under seal is a formal contract which does not require any consideration and has the seal of the signer attached.
What is the purpose of a seal?
