See for yourself by reading reviews on the most popular resources:
Basically a good PDF editor, the one failing is that formatting is not preserved during cut and paste. Could not get the correct formatting with the tools in PDFfiller.

It works and is easy to use. I think it is a little pricey for the occasional individual user. Would like to have options based on degree of use: e.g., individual vs corporate.

The site was a little bit slow
The site was a little bit slow, but it had tons of useful features, and I found the user interface much more intuitive than Adobe reader. I'd recommend it to anyone.

Like most of the features
Like most of the features, I would like it if I could make boundaries and then just fill in the inside of the shape that I make like the old-school paint application.

I was impressed! I had tried another route and it was horrible. After hours of working on my document in another program my stress level skyrocketed. Then I am not even sure how I got to this place but I am so happy I did! I will be back for sure. I highly recommend pdfFiller. Great job everyone!

Who made the first highlighter?
The first predecessor of a highlighter was invented by a Japanese inventor Audio Horse of the Tokyo Stationery Company, who developed in 1962 the first felt-tip pen that used water-based ink.
How are highlighters made?
highlighters come in lots of shades and colors even neon. This is how a highlighter pen gets its start a vacuum siphons plastic pellets into this container. The red ones will tint the whole mix as it melts inside a heating to a mechanized steel screw pushes the melted plastic into pen molds.
What ingredients are in highlighters?
The main ingredients in highlighter ink are water and glycol solvent. Around 5 percent of the ink is fluorescent pigment or dye. Some highlighters also contain a small amount of dioxide to prevent the growth of fungus and bacteria. The dyes used in yellow highlighting pens are pyrene-based.
What makes a highlighter glow?
Since highlighters contain fluorescent chemicals, the marks made by highlighters will seem to eerily glow on their own when placed in a dark room with an ultraviolet light (e.g. a “black light”). The visible light created by the object's fluorescence gets added to the visible light reflected off the object.
How does a highlighter work?
Chemicals in the highlighter ink absorb the UV light and spit it back out as lower energy, visible yellow light. This also happens in sunlight, but the large amount of visible light the sun sends out makes it harder for us to see the fluorescence!
How are markers made?
The marker body, cap, and plugs are formed from plastic resin. The marker reservoir, which holds the ink, is formed from polyester. Powder and water are used to form the felt writing tip. In addition, markers require ink, and the pigments and synthetic substances used to make it.
When was the first marker made?
In 1944, Walter J. De Graft patented a “marking pen” that held ink in liquid form in its handle and used a felt tip. This is the patent that will become a Sharpie pen in 1964. First modern (and usable) marker pen was Sidney Rosenthal's Magic Marker which he invented and started selling in 1953.
When was the first marker invented?
The first marker was probably the felt tip marker, created in the 1940s. It was mainly used for labeling and artistic applications. In 1952, Sidney Rosenthal began marketing his “Magic Marker” which consisted of a glass bottle that held ink and a wool felt wick.
