Very Fast and Efficient!

Pricing is very good
Pricing is very good. Free trial helped a lot to discover vital features. After trial I have decided to purchase a subscription. Esign, editing, and organizing are working perfectly

It's easy
It gives you access to do alot of things it's easy to understand and it gives you a lot of options to convert and send
Haven't found one yet but when I do I will let you know until now it's very stable and reliable it's even cheap

What do you like best about the product?
I would say what is most helpful is being able to edit all PDF, and it is simple and user-friendly. Works quickly and is very cheap. I would definitely continue to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly nothing really. I have not had any issues with the software. I guess it could be a bit cheaper, but for all of the different capabilities, I think it is a great price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of being able to edit and fill in PDF without creating an entirely new document, or having to write it in and scan it in, definitely has helped my business

Mostly good; however, movement from one field to the next was very slow. Also, text was not aligned properly when entered; however, it did print properly.

I like that I don not have to decide…
I like that I don not have to decide how big the text box needs to be, it does it automatically. I use it for work to fill out my time sheets or edit PDF files and it works like a charm.

Can I send fax but not receive?
Fax issues where you can send, but not receive is typically an issue with the phone line or incorrect setup. If received faxes seem to be going through, but isn't printing and there is no error message, refer to Faxes are received but not printing out (Fax Preview) to confirm that the Fax Preview feature isn't enabled.
Can send fax but Cannot receive?
Check for phone line connection issues that might be causing failed sent faxes. Call the fax number you are sending to from a phone: If you do not hear fax tones, the receiving fax machine might be turned off or disconnected. Connect the phone line to the 1-Line port, and connect the answering machine to 2-Ext.
Can send faxes but not receive?
If your customer can send faxes from their fax machine but complain they can't receive faxes there are several things you can check to determine the cause. If they do not hear it ringing, or they don't hear the fax tones then it could be an issue with the settings of the fax machine.
Can send fax but Cannot receive brother?
If you are able to receive a fax when your Brother machine is connected to another line, you will need to contact your local telephone company, so they can service the line. If you are still not able to receive a fax, please contact Brother Customer Service from “Contact Us”.
Why is my brother fax machine not receiving faxes?
Complete a test fax to your unit. First, adjust your ring delay setting. If the answer mode is set to MANUAL, do NOT adjust the ring delay setting and continue to STEP b. To check the ring delay setting for the Brother machine, press MENU and select Fax → Set Up Receive → Ring Delay.

If your business' fax machine has trouble sending or receiving faxes, a possible source of the problem is the phone line itself. Disconnect the cord from the fax machine and plug it into the phone. Pick up the handset and listen to the dial tone.
