Excellent!!! If this doesn't help you in today's busy office nothing will. I compare it to driving downtown. You know where you want to go but can't because of all the 1-way streets. It opens up all the roads.

Everything works wonderfully
Everything works wonderfully. I have not found a program that works better. My only constructive thing to add would be saving and editing. I would like to be able to save the each edit right away then the next like Bluebeam allows.

I had to send an important medical document on short notice and needed to fill a pdf document that was not fillable. I quickly did a search on the internet and found the pdfFilter. To my surprise, it was effortless to do, and was able to send the document in a timely manner.

My subscription had expired
My subscription had expired. I was trying to reactivate my account with a discount offer that was offered to me before my account had expired. Unfortunately I couldn’t seem to figure this out. I was connected to Katrina using the live chat. She explained to me because my account had expired the offer was no longer available. She did however offer me 25% I accepted what was proposed to me. Yet again I was still having problems figuring out how to get this discount link Katrina had sent me. She eventually emailed the link to me because the computer and myself don’t see eye to eye and I can’t figure out how the thing works sometimes. Katrina was very patient and understanding. She helped me figure out my dilemma. Thank youMathieu

I have found the site easy to use and have not any problems with it. If I hit a snag with the functions I contact the team and they always sort it out for me. It certainly has made my work more efficient now that I am working from home.

I apparently came to your website…
I apparently came to your website around a month ago for some reason. I do not remember why... But, for whatever reason, I signed up for a 30 day free trial and gave you my CC number. I rarely ever do something like this... either way, I noticed the charge on my debit card statement over the weekend and this morning addressed it with Thomas from Customer Service. I was a little frustrated by it, he calmly read my chat message and assured me he would take care of it. Within minutes I received an email cancelling the subscription and refunding my money. Thomas was curteous, professional, quick, and thorough. This is the kind of customer service I WISH all companies had. Especially technical type companies where you rarely get to speak with a human or a person that you can understand. Thank you for hiring people like Thomas. Itemizing means deducting each and every deductible expense you incurred during the tax year. For this to be worthwhile, your inevitable deductions must be greater than the standard deduction to which you are entitled. For the vast majority of taxpayers, itemizing will not be worth it for the 2018 and 2019 tax years.
Is it better to itemize or take standard deduction?
You can claim the standard deduction or itemize deductions to lower your taxable income. The standard deduction lowers your income by one fixed amount. On the other hand, itemized deductions are made up of a list of eligible expenses. You can claim whichever lowers your tax bill the most.
