Today I chatted with Sam and I am dumbfounded how great things went! I can honestly say I have NEVER had the satisfaction that I got today! I can't even think of a chat before where I felt human afterwards. I have used the live chat when I was in the middle of a project and gotten an answer in minutes. It takes a lot of the stress out of the process.I saw a review on another site warning people not to supply a credit card. The fact that this person found their template on a site that did not warn them it was a paid service is not the fault of PFDfiller. When you got to their web site, they immediately let you know that you can sign up and get a free trial period, then ask for your payment information, which is SOP for online services as far as I know and gives you the option not to use the service if you don't want to do so.

All services in one! I love PDFfiller for its multifunctionality - you can edit documents, send them, sign them, store them. I spend 50% time less in my email now and forgot my Dropbox password as such since now I store everything here If the contract has more than three pages, it might take a while to upload it and reopen it in PDFfiller What do you think about this review?

Very pleased with the customer care I was new to using pdf filler and had a small technical issue with text auto deleting, so I hopped onto the chat where Sam helped fix the issue using screen share via a Zoom call, he kept me informed of what he was doing and the issue was resolved quickly.
