Naming of documents is not useful when trying to locate them at a later time. I have numerous Acord 25 forms for different entities and have to open each one to find the one I need.

The log in process is a little clunky. I have not been able to copy paste a field in the template creator. I have 30 fields or so that will each have the same sized field, I should be able to duplicate the specific field a number of times and paste. No?

I'm definitely not tech savvy. Old school pen and paper here. The pdf autofiler is an old girls new best friend. Everything is clearly explained and help is there if or when you need it. I believe I may keep it.

I used the free trial to compile rent due ledgers for the ************** requirement. I did not cancel on time and was charged $180 dollars. What do you like best? Ease of use and broadness of applicability. What do you dislike? Its ease of use and broad applicability trumps any minor issues. I am not aware of any significant issues encountered. I evidently need to keep typing, because I'm not able to finish this task otherwise. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Being able to fill in PDF's without using more expensive solutions. Also used to authenticate signatures in various ventures. Comes in extremely handy actually.
