It was the only source I could find to obtain 2014 Form 990 forms. The IRS site shows 2014 forms tabs but they are for 2015 which is the wrong form. I could not find the supplemental forms I needed by searching the website so I gave up and contacted customer support on your chat line. The rep was very polite and sought out all the supplemental forms I needed to finish the job. That's a real plus but I should have been able to find the forms on the website.

I would change the interface
I would change the interface, to make it more friendly, the location of the buttons, and things like that, but the tool is very powerful and honestly very very helpful! Thanks a lot!

I signed up originally to utilise this service. Whilst I did not wish to continue with the service (just wouldnt need it again) I did struggle to cancel the service. I sent an email outlining my issue and got the quickest response back and my account fixed and funds returned. Great service if you do require all the time. Easy to use. Highly recommend.

I'm happy with the use of the forms, however it showed a monthy price, so I was suprised when I was charged for the entire year up front. I only needed the product for a couple tax documents.

How long keep business documents?
Accountants typically will advise businesses to keep their bank account and credit statements for 7 years. However, if your monthly statements aren't serving any tax or other business purposes, you can consider shredding them after a year and keeping your detailed annual statements on hand for 7 years.
What do you keep and shred?
ATM receipts. Bank statements. Birth certificate copies. Canceled and voided checks. Credit card bills. Credit reports. Driver's licenses (expired) Employment documents that have any identifying information.
What should I shred?
You should shred anything that has personal information like your name, address, phone number, social security number, or bank account information. This might include a few documents you don't initially think about, including ATM receipts, credit card receipts, bills, and even used airline tickets.
Do I need to shred my utility bills?
After paying credit card or utility bills, shred them immediately. Also, shred sales receipts, unless related to warranties, taxes, or insurance. After one year, shred bank statements, pay stubs, and medical bills (unless you have an unresolved insurance dispute).
