Don't quite understand how it works as I am not a computer person except to do genealogy, and write.
One cannot operate a computer without it. At least this is what I'm finding out.
It all seems automatic, I would like to know more about it's function, Why's and what-fores, instead of just logging on and it appears. All I know is that it is a major function for downloading photographs and some documents. There should be a tutorial offered to those who are senior citizens and so many things are automatic.
It takes understanding its function to a non-software-computer person. Guess more instruction would help.

I have tried many PDF editors and to be honest this has the best user experience and least learning curve. I will recommend to others. The pricing is good and the fact that paypal is an option is awesome. Others only accept credit cards.

Great customer service and solid product.
I don't usually leave reviews, but this product deserves my time.
Works very well in filling PDFs. Typing, checking boxes (using the checkmark or "x" feature), filling out tables, etc. Saving and editing again works well, though it isn't entirely intuitive the first time.
Customer service was absolutely awesome! I realized, after signing up for a paid subscription, that I no longer needed the service. I cancelled online (or THOUGHT I did), but I must've had a glitch. When I got billed, I called and they issued me a refund no questions asked and zero hassle.
Customer service was incredibly helpful. Product was great for filling out multiple long pdfs that only had slight variations (saved a copy and changed only the fields that I needed). Easy to use and quick to learn.
I cancelled my subscription only because I realized I wouldn't be using it enough to justify the cost. Life changes!

How long can I keep my Section 8 voucher?
After you've been in a rental place for a year, you can choose to move and take your Section 8 Voucher with you. You will keep getting the benefit of the Section 8 Voucher, no matter where you live, as long as you keep your eligibility for the Voucher program.
How long are Section 8 vouchers good for?
The voucher will be good for at least 60 days from when you first get it. This means that you will have at least 60 days to find a place to live that meets the requirements of the Section 8 program. At the briefing, housing agency staff should explain the rules about finding and leasing a place to rent.
Do housing vouchers expire?
Does Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher rental assistance expire? No, rental assistance does not expire for households living in approved units who remain eligible for the program and in good standing with the issuing Public Housing Agency.
How much will my Section 8 voucher be?
If they are approved, selected and then find an apartment or house with the voucher, their local housing authority starts sending payments directly to landlords. You may be disqualified in the following situations: You have been convicted of certain violent crimes, certain types of fraud, drug trafficking. (If you have such a conviction, you need to call your local Housing Authority and ask if you should apply).
