With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. Too many going back and forth tasks to complete a form. You need to make this more friendly for the user not experienced. Make it like MS Word with what is available from the subscription, as for example: when I needed to use the eraser, it brought me to a screen to purchase to get, even though I have a monthly subscription. Not fair.

The system works very well. While trying ot the product I had no issues at all. it is a very good product, just that after using it, my agency did not accept the forms.

I'm in my second year of subscribing to PDF Filler. I use it for filling all my online forms, related to legal documents and other forms related to my business. I like it, because I can use it anywhere, and I am not tied to one computer, in order to access it.

My Favorite PDF Signing Software
I've been using PdfFiller for many years and I've gotten used to the interface and so to me, it's pretty easy to use, but I've dabbled with other online document signing software and I admit those are pretty easy to use.
Some of its competitors seems to have pretty user friendly interfaces.

An easy and effective tool for PDF files in daily office work.
It's an amazing alternative of Adobe's pro version and I don't need any file to install on my system. I can do my work through this application on my web browser itself.
It is very easy to use. It helps to add notes to your PDF files easily. It also has the feature of importing files from a URL. After editing your pdf file you can directly send it to your email id.
Its inefficiency of uploading multiple files in one operation. Sometimes it become slow when uploading slightly large file irrespective of internet speed.

Customer support was very quick to reply to my issue. I had been charged for my pdf and wanted to cancel as would not use the service enough to justify $96.00. In reply I was told it would be cancelled and the automatic renewal deleted. My only regret is that my money would not be refunded.***** to the charge I had tried (unsuccessfully) to find out how to cancel it. Im either stupid or the instructions werent on line.to easily find.

I recently started a trial account with pdfFiller but it wasn't quite what I was needing. I didn't cancel the trial correctly so when my Debit card was charged I immediately contacted support and they resolved it within about an hour!

PdfFiller is one of the better pdf apps that I've used in some time. I was especially impressed with how it handles pictures/logos that one might use in a document.
