The "Next" button seems to be getting in the way. Maybe having the next blank fill-in space highlighted would be more user-friendly.
The primary IRS form I filled out had a neat feature for checking boxes. The Schedules (A, B, O) I filled out I had to type "x" in the box. Not a big deal, but ...

Quick to respond to email.Most of the time when you send an email, it goes out and either no response or very delayed response. NOT so with PDFiller, they responded to my question quickly and took care of the issue. I am very happy with the response as well as how efficient they were. WORKS WELL
HAD A LITTLE TROUBLE WITH THE FORMATTING. iT MAY HAVE BEEN THE TEMPLATE THAT I WAS USING AND NOT THE PDF FILLER. i HAVE USED DOC HUB FOR A LONG TIME AND I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! IT IS MY GO TO PROGRAM.

Auto Renewal Charge
I was auto charged for a 2nd year for this service via PayPal. I do not need it and was surprised to see the charge. I contacted customer service via chat and they immediately issued a refund with no questions asked. I received an immediate email confirmation. That is customer service. Thank you pdfFiller.
