PDFfiller was intuitively simple to use in creating an important document. I had difficulty erasing some text I accidentally superimposed onto my document and the recipient who ultimately got the PDF I created could not open it. Also disappointing was the fact that I didn't realize I had to pay a tidy subscription price until after I completed my document and tried to send it off (and save it). That all led to an initially horrible review.
But, I have to say that my experience with PDFfiller and Elie, the rep I dealt with, revised my entire experience. Not only did Elie help resolve the problems in a very timely fashion, I received a refund! PDFfiller seems dedicated to provide the user an efficient product and the customer service is the best I've seen with any internet-based business. Elie is a great ambassador for the business and she really follows through with her promises! I never expected that. They are also going to revise some aspects of the user interface to ensure proper notice of expense and conditions of subscription. I will certainly use PDFfiller in the future!

More than what it says on the tin
I am forever annotating drawings for the Home Improvements I offer my customers. We can assume that people understand drawings but most don't. The extra points I can make using arrows and text make it easier for my customers to understand and I know it helps me win business.
The software is easy to learn (I'm old so my patience with new programmes is not good). It has never frustrated me to use.

Excellent support and customer service
I registered for an annual membership, but I didn't pay attention that the membership fee is calculated in US dollars. I live in Canada and it was expensive for me. I emailed support department to cancel my membership and they responded in less than an hour and sent me a full refund.
I appreciate the excellent customer service and proper support, polite and professional behavior of the staff.

How do I get my name off a deed?
Discuss property ownership interests. Access a copy of your title deed. Complete, review and sign the quitclaim or warranty form. Submit the quitclaim or warranty form. Request a certified copy of your quitclaim or warranty deed.
How do I remove my name from a deed after a divorce?
Obtain a quitclaim deed form. Fill out the quitclaim deed form. Include the legal description of the property in the space on the form set aside for this purpose. How do I get my name off a deed after a divorce?
Go to the county's Register of Deeds. You may obtain the quitclaim form in the county of the home. Complete the quitclaim deed. Sign before a notary public. Address the mortgage loan.
Can my name be removed from a deed without my consent?
Generally, you can't remove your name from the mortgage without the knowledge of your lender, and you need a written consent from them.
What are my rights if my name is on a deed?
Owners Appear on the Deed Under the law, all people listed on the property deed own the property. It doesn't matter what order they're listed in they're all owners. Conversely, if you're not on the deed, you don't own the property.
Can you force someone off a deed?
When someone signs a quitclaim deed, it means that they're effectively giving up their claim or rights to the property. Keep in mind that a quitclaim deed has no effect on the mortgage, so even if you remove a person from the deed, all parties on the mortgage are still responsible for payments.
Can I be evicted if my name is on the deed?
If you are on the deed, you are an owner of the house. An owner cannot be evicted or removed from the house, even by another owner. Your right to use, occupy, live in, etc.
Can I be kicked out if I'm on the deed?
No. You cannot legally kick someone out who owns the property. You each have the right to possess it. If the property has equity, then perhaps you can pay him for half and get him to sign off on it.
