The experience before I purchased a license was not so good. The chat session I was on kept ending. The CSR said because I was not logged into an account was the reason. There are no CC options when sending out a document for someone to sign. I hope PDFfiller creates that feature soon.

I chatted with two reps for over an hour each with no results. I then chatted with KARA and in less than five mins my problems were solved. Kara is earning her pay cheque, she is a true asset to this company. YOU NEED YO PAY HER MORE MONEY.

Very quick, efficient and courteous customer service. My elderly mother subscribed to this service and couldn't remember why. I explained the situation via emails with Customer Support and they refunded the annual subscription fee after I verified a few details. I really appreciated their understanding and quick response. What is the income limit for Obamacare subsidies?
Qualifying for Obamacare subsidies You must be a US citizen or legal resident. You cannot be currently incarcerated. Your income can be no more than 400 percent of the federal poverty level. According to the Federal Register, in 2018 the poverty level for an individual is $12,140.
