Everything works wonderfully
Everything works wonderfully. I have not found a program that works better. My only constructive thing to add would be saving and editing. I would like to be able to save the each edit right away then the next like Bluebeam allows.

What does a HUD certification label look like?
Manufactured home HUD tags are also called construction code labels, certification labels, and HUD labels. There should be a red metal tag with silver text riveted to the rear exterior of each section of every manufactured home built since 1976. This metal tag has 3 letters and 6 numbers stamped into it.

What does a HUD tag look like?
Short Answer. The tag, issued by HUD (Department of Housing and Urban Development) is a 2 by 4 plate made of metal that is attached to an exterior wall of each section of a mobile home. A single wide has one tag, and a double wide will have two tags. In general, people will refer to this as the HUD label.
WHAT DOES NO HUD tag mean?
Appraisers, Regarding Manufactured Homes (MPH), sometimes NO HUD Tag number can be found on, or in, the MPH. However, this number is required to be entered on the 1004C appraisal form. Loans for MPH's cannot be processed without these numbers. The HUD Tag is the metal plate(s) attached to the rear of each section.

MODULAR HOME — If the home is a modular built after 1971, it should have a tag called a “Factory Built Unit Certification” attached. MANUFACTURED HOME — If a home was built after June 15, 1976, a HUD tag may be found on the rear of the unit or the rear of each of the units if it is a double-wide home.
