This product is wonderful. I use it to complete certain forms for real estate transactions that have blanks which must be filled in. This product allows me to fill in the blanks and then print a nicely completed product. Before using this product I wrote in my hand the information for the blanks which was made a less than neat finished product.

I am very impressed at the features, especially being able to combine pdf files and edit files. I find navigating to and from the 'My Forms' area a bit clunky. The 'save as' feature takes forever to achieve, too many steps for a file that is already created. For my business, it would be a huge benefit to be able to print out a confirmation page when my faxes have been sent and received. I like to keep such confirmations with the files as proof. All in all, I love the program and am thankful for such a convenient and manageable product.

This is my first time using PDF filler, but I like the ability to work with PDF documents this program has given me so far. I would really like the ability to highlight and possibly copy the PDF over to a word or excel document. But being able to highlight and put a sticky is excellent!!!

I am enjoying using the software and finding it helpful completing my VAT forms, I wish you could tab along though from column to column rather than use the space bar. It's a good piece of software though.

Love the service and how it integrates with Zapier - it has saved me tons of time in manual repetition for filling out intake, invoicing and legal documents and I love the send to sign feature. Would like a little more functionality in the app, like having the ability to sign docs directly instead of using mobile browser, but overall it functions beautifully. Best value for this type of service hands-down. As a small business, the price-point is phenomenal! Highly recommend PDFfiller!!

How do you account for equipment lease?
The equipment account is debited by the present value of the minimum lease payments and the lease liability account is the difference between the value of the equipment and cash paid at the beginning of the year. Depreciation expense must be recorded for the equipment that is leased.
Is equipment lease an expense?
The lessee records the leased right as an item of property, plant, and equipment, which is then depreciated over its useful life to the lessee. Short-term leases are known as operating leases. Rent is simply recorded as rent expense as incurred and the underlying asset is not reported on the books of the lessee.
