The forms are good but they would be much better if the user could "snap to" the proper location when typing into a box. Without a "snap to" type guide it is difficult to place the cursor in the correct location within a box and especially difficult to get columns to line up.

How do I get my FAA license?
Be at least 17 years old. Be able to read, speak, write and understand the English language. Pass a required knowledge test. Pass a required oral and practical flight test administered by a FAA designated examiner. Hold either a student or sport pilot certificate.
How do I get my FAA pilot license?
Make Sure You're Eligible. Make sure you meet the eligibility requirements outlined in the regulations. Pass a Third-Class Aviation Medical Exam. Obtain an aviation medical certificate. Find an Instructor. Take the FAA Written Exam. Start Flying. Take the Check ride (FAA Practical Exam) Get Your License.
How do I get a copy of my pilot's license?
You can request a replacement certificate online. This method requires that you register with Online Services. Or you can mail us: an Application for Replacement of Lost, Destroyed, or Paper Airman Certificate form. Or a signed, written request stating your: name.
