I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. When I just had to get my material out right away and short on funds allowed me to try out the program just a few days after I explained my difficulty. Hard to find the erase button. But after I asked, I found it buried in the "tools" --seems like it should be more visible. Love the tool's simplicity otherwise.

I am a new user. It seems to provide all that I need to prepare my contracts. So far so good. But I am having a printing issue with my first contract.

These guys are great I signed up for the free 30 day trial. I barely looked at the program just didn’t have time And there was $120 charge They were very professional about it removed her right away I will use them soon

Good less expensive alternative to some of the competition
Overall, I have been satisfied with PDFfiller
The software works just like advertised. I love that it is super reliable to work when I need it.
The user interface was slightly challenging to get used to but after that, it has been nice.

this was perfect i had to file a court document and had to use this several times bc its the only way i could get MD to accept the forms!

What do you like best?
The ability to send PDF's for signature and manipulate fields...
What do you dislike?
sometimes the automatic field mapping can be quirky and when people sign documents it may not be the most intuitive set up.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Having to print out paper to just to sign and scan back. Also, due to the pandemic and less people having in person meetings this can be used to sign documents even when you are not face to face with clients.
