love learning everything. Problem with sending multiple pages in one email to have signed. Problems with getting the signature from the recepient because the codes don't work consistently.

I wanted to get the discount and pay for the whole year, not sure, it wasn't clear weather I actually paid that way or am paying for a month at a time? Need to make that easier to understand and make sure you are paying the way you want for the discount. You can do a follow up survey only if you are on the line when you call -

In the beginning did not find it to be user friendly that all changed when they reached out to me to offer help.

As far as I know if you are using Office 365 for Business Essentials or Business Premium or Enterprise, the recipient limit is 500 recipients which means you can send a single email up to 500 different recipients in To:, Cc:, BCC:.
There's a limit of 500 message recipients per user per 24 hours (1,500 for enterprise plans). A recipient is a single entry in TO CC or BCC fields. The trick is that a distribution list is counted as a single recipient even if the distribution list contains hundreds of recipients.
