Great after-sales support!
I recently signed pdfiler demo version to convert a PDF to a word document but for for some reason it didn't work, not the point.
Point it, I forgot to cancel my subscription and was billed for the year.
I immediately cancelled my subscription and contacted pdfiler via the online chat.
That answered within 20 seconds and immediately refunded my payment.

Accidental annual subscription
I had accidentally signed up for a 1-year subscription and PDFFiller were very very friendly and ended the contract for me after all and refunded my money straight away.... I think any other company would have left me out in the cold and kept my money, because it was obviously my mistake with the forgotten cancellation... really a big thank you and also for the fact that the support took care of it so quickly. Can I make my own lease agreement?
