I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. When I just had to get my material out right away and short on funds allowed me to try out the program just a few days after I explained my difficulty. Then after few days able to of course, pay for this program that has helped me so much. The forms are easier to read by using PDFfiller, and the video of how to work the software is helpful as well. So far so good. Was very helpful in completing government report on non-fillable .pdf document. That was the original purchase purpose. Now trying out modification / repair of existing fillable forms.

This is something of a category killer. I'm really glad I signed up for this service. It's great for the property rental market. The UX is a little basic and could use some help but it is functional. (Kevin Kell, UX Architect)

I have only just started using PDFiller.com and I am very happy with the product. My only compliant is that I was forced to subscribe to it without the option of a free trail etc When I did a search on the web for a free PDF Editor, PDFiller.com was one of the websites that popped up, I edited my document (which was a theory paper that I had already spent hours on !!) and when it went to saving it I could not without paying for service... so not a free PDF editor!!! And you can not subscribe month to month, you had to pay for a full year. I know that is business but very deceiving!
