I have to tell my dr. to use this. Tired of his hand-printed & copied over & over stuff & can fax it immediately since he snail mails everything. Highly recommend to anyone who can use all the features. Added plus is that it's so easy to use. The program interface is OK but it could be a little more iterative. A form I was completing for the TSP TP77 and the TP76 did not place the letters and numbers (characters) in the exact center of each box making the document a little harder to read. I know this for sure because I have completed the same document using TSP website filler with the document are available. This would be easy for the company to fix this but they check their forms before making them available.
But the overall online forms filler program works well and saves completed forms easily and has a generous library.

Takes some time to get used to, and a little pricey, but acceptable. Will look around for cheaper alternatives when it comes to renewing subscription.

Very convenient!
Refilling forms is now a thing of the past for me, with this app I can make templates for reusable forms, it‘s also a convenience for my client as I can pull up forms in no time.
Erasing was quite a struggle when I was assisting my coworker, it took a while to figure that I only have to adjust the size.

Fast Refund!
I was charged the $199 yearly subscription when I had forgotten to cancel due to personal reasons. The customer support agent quickly and easily handled cancellation and the refund. Thank you guys!!

Great customer experience with this company. Very responsive to technical questions and billing service cared more about our satisfaction than most companies even though it wasn't to their direct bottom line advantage. Will use them again surely.
